I'm a 20 year old turning 21 in a couple of months and I want to start lifting again. I don't want to get too big, I just want the muscles to show a little bit. I don't want to look like a bodybuilder, I just want to be able to lift heavier things, nothing too crazy, maybe around 160 pounds to 200 max. What body parts should I workout and how many sets and reps should I do for each body part
please help!
